Context

A multi-outlet F&B brand fielding hundreds of WhatsApp messages a day: hours, reservations, menu, location, catering quotes.

Problem

Two staff spent most of their shift answering the same questions. Response lag during peak hours cost reservations, and nights and weekends went unanswered.

Approach

A WhatsApp and web assistant with conversation flows for the top 20 intents, trained on the brand's FAQ and menu, with clean handoff to a human for anything it could not confidently answer. An admin dashboard let staff update answers without a developer.

Outcome

  • Around 65 to 75% of inbound questions handled without a human.
  • Peak first-response time went from minutes, or never, to instant.
