PROCESS
A structured path from problem to product.
Every Nayre Studio engagement follows the same five-step process. Not because we are rigid, but because structure protects both sides from wasted time.
01
Discovery
We start with understanding, not proposals.
Before we write a single line of code or suggest a single tool, we invest time understanding your business. How does work actually flow? Where do things break down? What matters most to the people using the system every day? The answers to these questions determine whether the solution we build will actually work.
What happens
- You complete a short intake form describing your business and current challenges
- We conduct a workflow review across the areas you want to improve
- We map stakeholders and identify who will be affected by changes
- We produce a clear problem definition that both sides agree on before moving forward
02
AI Opportunity Mapping
We identify where AI creates the most leverage.
Not every problem needs AI, and not every AI solution is worth building. We assess your operations specifically to find the areas where AI will create measurable impact, then prioritize them by effort, risk, and return. The result is a focused list, not a vague roadmap.
What happens
- AI readiness assessment across identified workflows
- ROI estimation and prioritization for each potential initiative
- Recommended implementation approach for the highest-impact opportunity
- Scope definition with clear boundaries on what is included and what is not
03
Proposal and Scope Agreement
Fixed scope. Fixed price. Fixed timeline. In writing.
We do not work on time-and-materials. Every engagement has a written proposal that specifies exactly what will be built, how long it will take, and what it will cost. You sign off before work begins. If the scope changes, we renegotiate in writing. No ambiguity, no surprises.
What happens
- Written proposal with detailed scope, deliverables, and exclusions
- Timeline with milestones and expected delivery dates
- Payment terms and schedule tied to deliverables
- Written sign-off from both sides before any work begins
04
Build and Delivery
We build, test, and ship, then show you the work.
During the build phase, you receive weekly progress updates so nothing is a surprise at the end. Before final delivery, you get a working demo to review and test. We do not hand off untested work, and we do not disappear between milestones.
What happens
- Weekly progress updates with screenshots or recordings of current state
- Working demo available before final delivery for review and feedback
- Internal testing and quality assurance before handover
- Deployment to production environment with monitoring in place
05
Handover and Support
You own everything. We make sure you can use it.
When the project is complete, you receive full ownership of all code, data, and assets. We provide documentation, credentials, and a recorded walkthrough so your team can manage everything independently. There is no lock-in, no proprietary dependencies, and no reason you would need us to keep the system running.
What happens
- Complete documentation covering setup, usage, and maintenance
- All credentials, API keys, and access transferred to your accounts
- Recorded walkthrough of the system for your team
- 14 days of post-delivery support for questions and minor adjustments
WHAT CLIENTS CAN EXPECT
- Direct communication with the person building throughout
- Written scope before work begins, no verbal agreements
- Weekly progress updates and working demo before delivery
- Full ownership of all code, data, and assets
- No lock-in, everything portable and independently hostable
